Why a Washout Can Beats a Pit
A washout pit dug in the dirt is a stormwater problem waiting to happen. Rinse water from concrete is highly alkaline, it does not stay where you put it, and a pit has to be dug out and hauled off at the end anyway. A container contains it, holds it, and leaves on a truck.

It holds more than people expect — the rinse-out from roughly 40 to 50 trucks, the slurry off a pour of about 500 yards. That is one large pour or several pour days, so most crews keep a single container for the whole concrete phase.

How It Works on Site
Drop it where the trucks will actually be. The closer it sits to the pour, the more likely crews use it instead of the nearest patch of dirt.
We need the same access as any roll-off — roughly 60 feet of straight-line room and clearance overhead. Keep it on firm ground where a loaded truck can reach it.

Book Around Your Pour Date
Call (239) 470-8525 with your pour date and where the trucks will stage. Book a day or two ahead so the washout is sitting there before the first truck arrives, not after it.
Set It Where the Trucks Stage
Put it close to the pour. The nearer it sits to the work, the more likely crews use it instead of the nearest patch of dirt. Rinse chutes, pump hoppers, mixer drums and tools straight into it — the material sets up in place, which is exactly what you want.

Call When the Pour Is Done
Call when the pour is done and we haul it, hardened material and all. The washout container is $500. Delivery, pickup, disposal, tax and 30 days are all in the rate. The only thing added is a flat $30 fuel fee, once per load. Price your job in three taps.
