Swap turnaround. A full can on a live jobsite stops work. What matters is not whether we can swap it, it is how fast — and whether the answer you get on the phone is the answer that actually happens. Tell us the day you will be full and we will have the next one moving.
Reliability. The can arrives when we said it would, in the spot you pointed at. Our drivers are paid hourly rather than by the load, so nobody is racing to squeeze in one more stop by dropping yours wherever was quickest.
Invoices you can read. One rate, thirty days, a flat $30 fuel fee, and overage priced per ton if you go past the allowance. No percentage surcharges that grow with the invoice, no line items nobody can explain. If you are billing a client from our invoice, it will make sense to them too.

Which Can for Which Job
Four containers cover it. Match the can to the material and the job runs cleaner.
Construction and demolition. The everyday can. Cabinets, flooring, drywall, trim, lumber, roofing, furniture, mixed tear-out. Comes in 10, 20 and 30 yard.
Clean concrete. A dedicated 20 yard for concrete, block, brick and busted slab. It goes to a recycling facility instead of a landfill, which is why it carries far more weight than the same size mixed can. It has to be clean — no wood, drywall or dirt mixed in.
Yard waste. Brush, palm fronds, hedge trimmings, limbs and root balls, in 20 and 30 yard. Green material only. Mix it with construction debris and the whole load reclassifies.
Concrete washout. A 6.5 yard containment unit for pour days. It keeps rinse water off the ground and off your stormwater exposure. Not every hauler in this market runs one.

How It Works
1. Call, text or email. Tell us the material, roughly where the can goes and the day you want it. Usually about ninety seconds.
2. We pencil you in. A human confirms your delivery window within two hours during business hours. Next day is usually no problem, most jobs go out within 24 to 30 hours, and same day is not off the table — ask and we will tell you straight.
3. Delivery with protection down. The can goes down on protection so your driveway, pavers or stamped concrete stay the way we found them.
4. Contact us when you are done. Pickup or a swap, whichever you need. Every rental runs 30 days.

How do I set up a contractor account?
Call (239) 470-8525 and ask for Shelby. Accounts carry payment terms rather than paying per job, and pricing is negotiable once we know your volume. It is a conversation, not an application — we want to know how many cans you run in a normal month and where. Volume pricing is set per account rather than from a fixed table. Contractor rates land nearly 10% under our posted prices, and where you fall depends on monthly count and how far ahead we can see your schedule. Steady work we can plan around is worth more to us than a big one-off, and the pricing reflects that.
How fast can you turn a swap around?
Next day is routine and same day is often possible, depending on where the trucks already are. The thing that makes it work is notice — tell us the day you expect to be full rather than the morning you are, and we will have the next can moving before it becomes a problem. If we cannot make a window, you get told on the first call rather than left waiting.
Can you handle several jobsites at once?
That is most of our contractor work. You get one dispatcher, so a swap at one address and a fresh drop at another is a single phone call rather than three tickets and a callback. Give us the addresses and the rough schedule and we work to it.
What is included in the rate?
Delivery, pickup, disposal, tax and 30 days of rental, which normally covers a build phase without a second rental. The only thing added to every load is a flat $30 fuel fee. Go past the weight allowance and overage is charged per ton at a published rate. Every number is on the cost page before you book.
Do you carry more than one container type?
Four. Construction and demolition in 10, 20 and 30 yard. A dedicated 20 yard for clean concrete that carries a 15 ton limit and goes to a recycling facility rather than a landfill. Yard waste in 20 and 30 yard. And a 6.5 yard concrete washout container for pour days — most haulers in this market do not run one. All four from one number, one invoice.
Do you pull permits?
No. If a can has to sit in a public right of way that is on you or the GC, and the authority differs by city and county. Every one of our city pages lists the right department and phone number for that market.
Hazardous waste, paint, oils, tires, batteries, asbestos, freon, wet concrete or slurry, contaminated soil, electronics, and mattresses can’t go in a standard dumpster. Some items may be handled separately on request.
Every rental includes 30 days. There is no daily rate and no meter running — most jobs finish well inside it. If a can sits past 30 days a $295 idle fee applies, and we will call you before that happens rather than let it land on the invoice. Need it longer? Tell us up front and we will work it out.
Weight limits depend on the dumpster size and the type of debris you’re loading. Heavy materials like concrete, dirt, masonry, and roofing debris may require a different setup than a general cleanout. Some roll-off dumpsters can hold up to 10 tons, or 20,000 pounds, but Maxim will explain your tonnage allowance in the quote before delivery.
