Remodels in the older neighborhoods. Old Naples, Aqualane Shores, Coquina Sands and Park Shore have housing stock worth renovating rather than replacing. Construction and demolition. The everyday can. Cabinets, flooring, drywall, trim, lumber, roofing, furniture, mixed tear-out. Comes in 10, 20 and 30 yard.
Clean concrete. A dedicated 20 yard for concrete, block, brick and busted slab. It goes to a recycling facility instead of a landfill, which is why it carries far more weight than the same size mixed can. It has to be clean — no wood, drywall or dirt mixed in.
Yard waste. Brush, palm fronds, hedge trimmings, limbs and root balls, in 20 and 30 yard. Green material only. Mix it with construction debris and the whole load reclassifies.
Concrete washout. A 6.5 yard containment unit for pour days. It keeps rinse water off the ground and off your stormwater exposure. Not every hauler in this market runs one.

Do I need a permit for a dumpster in Naples?
Not for a can in your own driveway or on your own jobsite. If it has to sit in a public street, on a sidewalk or in the right of way, you need approval first — and the first thing to sort out is who you are actually dealing with. A Naples mailing address is very often unincorporated Collier County rather than the City of Naples. Inside city limits, right-of-way permits go through City of Naples Streets & Stormwater at 239-213-5000. Outside city limits, Collier County Growth Management handles it at 239-252-2400. Maxim does not pull permits, so make that call before delivery day.

How fast can I get a dumpster in Naples?
Next day is usually no problem. We run out of the Fort Myers yard, so Naples is a routine run rather than a special trip. What size do I need?
A single bathroom usually fits a 10 yard, about 3 pickup loads. A kitchen, or a kitchen and bath together, is normally a 20 at about 6 loads. Full demo and lot clearing take a 30 at about 9. If you might need a second can, size the first one up — two rentals means two deliveries and two pickups.
Can you get a can into a gated community or a tight Old Naples lot?
Yes, and we do it most days. Tell us the gate or guard house when you book so the driver is on the list and is not sitting at the callbox. Older Naples lots run tighter than the newer communities east of 41, and the 10 yard at 11 feet handles nearly all of them. Will you protect my paver driveway?
Yes. Naples is paver country and a loaded can is heavy enough to do real damage. The container goes down on protection so the driveway, pavers or stamped concrete stay the way we found them. It is standard, not an upcharge.
Hazardous waste, paint, oils, tires, batteries, asbestos, freon, wet concrete or slurry, contaminated soil, electronics, and mattresses can’t go in a standard dumpster. Some items may be handled separately on request.
Every rental includes 30 days. There is no daily rate and no meter running — most jobs finish well inside it.
