We Built What We Needed
Maxim Disposal started in 2023, and it started out of frustration.
We were already running a concrete and demolition business, and we were spending hundreds of thousands of dollars a year renting dumpsters. We were the customer, and we were not happy with what we were getting. Cans that ran late. Invoices that did not match what we were told on the phone. Nobody to call who could actually fix it. When you are the one standing on a jobsite waiting on a container with a crew on the clock, you figure out fast which parts of this business matter.
So we bought our own trucks and cans and started running them the way we wanted them run — straight pricing, real answers on the phone, and enough attention to the schedule that a builder can plan around it.
Ten thousand jobs later, that is still the whole idea.

How We Do Business
Every rental includes 30 days. Rental periods around here run anywhere from three days to thirty, so it is worth asking whoever you call.
The only thing added to every rental is a flat $30 fuel fee, charged once per load — not a percentage that grows with your invoice. Ask what a can costs and you get a straight number on the phone, not a callback.
Showing up on time is the part we take seriously. We build the route so the window we give you is one we can actually hit, and when something does slip you hear it from us first, not after you have already called twice.
We are still adding trucks and containers. The fleet grows because the work does.
Who You Are Actually Dealing With
Shelby Moore runs day-to-day operations. Born and raised here, and he came up in this industry — so when you call about a delivery window or a swap, you are talking to someone who already knows what the answer costs you.
Tyler Stancel is President. Twenty-plus years in construction as a general contractor, which is where the standard comes from. He has been on the wrong end of a bad dumpster call plenty of times.
Behind them is a crew of drivers who do the part that actually matters — getting the can on the ground where you want it, and off the ground when you are done.
What We Haul
Roll-off containers in 10, 20 and 30 yard, plus a 6.5 yard concrete washout container.
Construction and demolition debris, which gets sorted and recycled — only a small fraction of what we haul ends up in a landfill. Clean concrete goes to a recycling facility and is the cheapest thing you can dispose of in Southwest Florida. Horticulture and yard waste. Remodels, buildouts, facility cleanouts and residential projects.
Concrete washout is the newest piece, and it is here because Southwest Florida needed it. Crews rinsing chutes and pumps onto the ground is a problem that needed a better answer.
And What We Do Not
We do not do junk removal. No labor-included hauling — we drop the container, you load it, we haul it.
If you need a crew to carry things out of a house, we are not the right call, and we would rather tell you that up front than waste your afternoon.

Where We Go
Twenty-six markets across Southwest Florida, from Marco Island north to Sarasota. Sarasota is our northern line.
Island and barrier destinations — Sanibel, Captiva, Marco Island, Pine Island and Boca Grande — carry a destination fee for bridge access and drive time. Everything else, including the long inland and northern runs, is standard rate.
