What Drives Dumpster Work in Lehigh Acres
Lehigh Acres is 94 square miles of platted grid with about 114,000 people living on it, up from 87,000 in 2010. That growth is the story, and three things follow from it.
Spec building at volume. Lots that sat empty since the fifties are getting built on, one at a time, scattered across the whole grid. If you are running several houses at once you are not looking for a container — you are looking for a hauler who keeps showing up across a dozen addresses without being chased.
Two right-of-way authorities, not one. Most of Southwest Florida has a single answer. Lehigh has Lee County DOT for county roads and the Lehigh Acres Municipal Services Improvement District for district land — and canals and swales run right through the grid. Worth knowing before a container ends up somewhere it should not be.
We are ten minutes away. The yard is on Palm Beach Boulevard, a straight run in on Buckingham or 82. Next day is routine here and same day is more realistic than in most of the markets we cover.
10 Yard
10 yard
About 3 pickup truck loads. 11 feet long — half the length of the others, and often the only can that fits a short driveway or gets past a gate. Single bathroom, one room, small landscaping.
20 Yard
20 yard
About 6 pickup truck loads. The one most remodels take — kitchen, kitchen and bath together, roofing tear-offs, mid-size contractor jobs.
30 Yard
30 yard
About 9 pickup truck loads. Full demolition, large estate cleanouts, lot clearing and high-volume construction debris.
What the driver needs: roughly 60 feet of straight clearance and room overhead. Cars moved, gate open, nothing parked where the can goes. Price your job in three taps on the cost page — every rate and every additional charge is there.
Which Can for Which Job
Four containers cover it. Match the can to the material and the job runs cleaner.
Construction and demolition. The everyday can. Cabinets, flooring, drywall, trim, lumber, roofing, furniture, mixed tear-out. Comes in 10, 20 and 30 yard.
Clean concrete. A dedicated 20 yard for concrete, block, brick and busted slab. It goes to a recycling facility instead of a landfill, which is why it carries far more weight than the same size mixed can. It has to be clean — no wood, drywall or dirt mixed in.
Yard waste. Brush, palm fronds, hedge trimmings, limbs and root balls, in 20 and 30 yard. Green material only. Mix it with construction debris and the whole load reclassifies.
Concrete washout. A 6.5 yard containment unit for pour days. It keeps rinse water off the ground and off your stormwater exposure. Not every hauler in this market runs one.
Not sure which one? Tell us the material and we will size it with you on the phone.
Why Lehigh Acres Customers Choose Maxim
Real local crew based in Lee County
You get Shelby, not a 1-800 dispatcher and not a broker who resells your job to whoever answers. He knows what is on the schedule, what the trucks are doing and whether he can move something for you — so you get a straight answer on the first call instead of a callback that may or may not come. Need a swap in the middle of a job? Same person, same number.
USDOT-licensed and fully insured
Maxim is USDOT-registered under USDOT #4281471. We operate as a local Southwest Florida roll-off company with the credentials customers expect from a reliable dumpster rental provider.
Hourly-paid drivers, not per load
Our drivers are paid hourly, not by the load. Nobody is racing to squeeze in one more stop, so they take the time to set the can exactly where you want it, put protection down first, and leave the spot how they found it. It is the difference between a can that lands where you pointed and one that lands where it was quickest to drop.
Four containers, one number
Four containers, one number. Construction and demolition debris in 10, 20 and 30 yard. Clean concrete in a dedicated 20 yard that carries 15 tons. Yard waste in 20 and 30 yard horticulture cans. And a 6.5 yard concrete washout container for pour days. Run all four on the same site without calling four companies.

How It Works
1. Call, text or email. Tell us the material, roughly where the can goes and the day you want it. Usually about ninety seconds.
2. We pencil you in. A human confirms your delivery window within two hours during business hours. Next day is usually no problem, most jobs go out within 24 to 30 hours, and same day is not off the table — ask and we will tell you straight.
3. Delivery with protection down. The can goes down on protection so your driveway, pavers or stamped concrete stay the way we found them.
4. Contact us when you are done. Pickup or a swap, whichever you need. Every rental runs 30 days.

Lehigh Acres Dumpster Rental FAQs
Do I need a permit for a dumpster in Lehigh Acres?
Not for a can on your own lot or driveway, which covers most jobs. Where Lehigh differs from everywhere else we run is that there are two authorities, not one. County-maintained roads go through Lee County DOT Engineering Services at 239-533-9300. District land — canal banks, swales and the drainage rights of way that run through the grid — belongs to the Lehigh Acres Municipal Services Improvement District at 239-368-0044, and LA-MSID treats construction debris placed on its right of way as an encroachment. Sort out which one you are dealing with before delivery day. Maxim does not pull permits.
What does a dumpster cost in Lehigh Acres?
Most jobs land between $395 and $645 depending on size and material, plus a flat $30 fuel fee. That covers delivery, pickup, disposal, tax and 30 days of rental — there is no separate delivery charge. Construction and demolition is the cheaper end, yard waste the dearer, and clean concrete carries far more weight for the same money. Price your exact job in three taps on the cost page.
I am building on several lots. Can you keep up?
That is most of what we do here. You get Shelby rather than a call centre, so a swap on one address and a fresh drop on another is one phone call instead of three tickets. Give us the addresses and the rough schedule and we work to it. Every rental runs 30 days, which normally covers a build phase without a second rental.
How fast can I get one?
Fast. The yard is on Palm Beach Boulevard, about ten minutes out on Buckingham or State Road 82, so Lehigh is one of the closest markets we run. Next day is rarely a problem and same day is genuinely realistic here rather than a maybe.
What size do I need?
A single bathroom usually fits a 10 yard, about 3 pickup loads. A kitchen, or a kitchen and bath together, is normally a 20 at about 6 loads. A full house build-out or a lot clearing takes a 30 at about 9. On an open lot there is normally room for the bigger can, so size up rather than paying for two deliveries.
Hazardous waste, paint, oils, tires, batteries, asbestos, freon, wet concrete or slurry, contaminated soil, electronics, and mattresses can’t go in a standard dumpster. Some items may be handled separately on request.
Every rental includes 30 days. There is no daily rate and no meter running — most jobs finish well inside it. If a can sits past 30 days a $295 idle fee applies, and we will call you before that happens rather than let it land on the invoice. Need it longer? Tell us up front and we will work it out.
Weight limits depend on the dumpster size and the type of debris you’re loading. Heavy materials like concrete, dirt, masonry, and roofing debris may require a different setup than a general cleanout. Some roll-off dumpsters can hold up to 10 tons, or 20,000 pounds, but Maxim will explain your tonnage allowance in the quote before delivery.
Yes. We run storm cleanup work regularly across Southwest Florida. During busy storm-recovery periods, it’s best to reach out early so the team can confirm availability and help you select an appropriate dumpster.
