Construction and demolition. The everyday can. Cabinets, flooring, drywall, trim, lumber, roofing, furniture, mixed tear-out. Comes in 10, 20 and 30 yard.
Clean concrete. A dedicated 20 yard for concrete, block, brick and busted slab. It goes to a recycling facility instead of a landfill, which is why it carries far more weight than the same size mixed can. It has to be clean — no wood, drywall or dirt mixed in.
Yard waste. Brush, palm fronds, hedge trimmings, limbs and root balls, in 20 and 30 yard. Green material only. Mix it with construction debris and the whole load reclassifies.
Concrete washout. A 6.5 yard containment unit for pour days. It keeps rinse water off the ground and off your stormwater exposure. Not every hauler in this market runs one.

Do I need a permit for a dumpster in Fort Myers?
Not for a can in your own driveway or on your own jobsite. If it has to sit in a public street, on a sidewalk or in the right of way, you will need approval first. The City of Fort Myers issues a Special Right-of-Way Permit through Engineering, and Lee County DOT handles county roads at 239-533-9300. Maxim does not pull permits, so make that call before delivery day.

How fast can I get a dumpster in Fort Myers?

Does season traffic affect delivery?
It affects timing, not price. January through April the population swells and McGregor and the Cape bridges slow down badly. We run the same routes either way, but flag a morning drop across town in March when you book so we can plan the run.
Do I need to be there when it is delivered?
No. A clear description or a photo of the drop spot is usually enough. Open the gate, keep dogs contained, and a cone or a flag where you want it helps the driver put it exactly right.
Hazardous waste, paint, oils, tires, batteries, asbestos, freon, wet concrete or slurry, contaminated soil, electronics, and mattresses can’t go in a standard dumpster. Some items may be handled separately on request.
