Maxim Disposal delivers roll-off containers for construction and demolition debris across Southwest Florida — framing lumber, drywall, roofing, tile, flooring, fixtures, cabinetry and general jobsite waste. Remodels, tear-offs, new construction, buildouts and facility cleanouts.
Every rental includes 30 days. Rental periods around here run anywhere from three days to thirty, so it is worth asking. Call in the morning and there is a good chance we are at your address that afternoon. Tell us the job and we will give you the number on that call.
Sizing a Can for a Jobsite
Mixed C&D fills a can by volume long before it hits the weight limit, which is the opposite of concrete or roofing. Tell us what the job is and we will size it with you. We do not push you into a 30 when a 20 does the work.
Sizes for Construction and Demolition
10 yard. Single-room remodels, small cleanouts, and heavy material like tile or roofing where weight fills the can before volume does. 1 ton included.
20 yard. The workhorse. Remodels, roof tear-offs and most residential construction. 2 tons included.
30 yard. Whole-home renovations, commercial buildouts, demolition and shops generating steady volume. 3 tons included, and about the most container you can still get on a driveway.
What Goes In, and What Stays Out
Framing lumber, plywood and OSB, drywall and gypsum, roofing shingles and tar paper, tile, flooring, trim, cabinetry, fixtures, insulation, siding, windows and general jobsite waste all go in.
Keep out: tires, mattresses, appliances containing refrigerant, batteries, paint, fuel, solvents and anything else classified as hazardous. Those carry separate handling and we will tell you the charge before it happens, not after.
One that costs real money: do not mix concrete into a C&D load. Clean concrete goes to a recycling facility at a far lower rate. Mixed in with wood and drywall, the whole load prices as construction debris.

Request a Quote and Delivery
Call (239) 470-8525 and tell us four things: what the job is, what size you want, where it is going and when you need it. Call in the morning and same-day delivery is often on the table. Next day is routine.
Prepare, Place, and Load Your Dumpster
Pick the drop spot and clear it — we need roughly 60 feet of straight-line room and clearance overhead. Load heavy material low and flat, keep the load level with the top rail so it can be legally tarped, and break down bulky items where you can.

Arrange Pickup and Disposal
Call when you are ready and we haul it. On an active site, call for the swap when you need it — we do not put you on a rotation you did not ask for. Construction and demolition cans run $395 for a 10 yard, $425 for a 20 and $495 for a 30. Your rate covers 30 days, delivery, pickup, disposal and all applicable taxes. The only thing added to every rental is a $30 flat fuel fee, charged once per load — not a percentage that grows with your invoice. Price your job in three taps.

Island and barrier destinations — Sanibel, Captiva, Marco Island, Pine Island and Boca Grande — carry a destination fee for bridge access and drive time. Everything else, including the long inland and northern runs, is standard rate.

Tires, mattresses, appliances with refrigerant, batteries, paint, fuel, solvents, asbestos and medical waste. Everything on a normal jobsite — lumber, drywall, roofing, tile, trim, fixtures, cabinetry, insulation, siding — is fine. If you are unsure about something specific, call (239) 470-8525 before it goes in the can.
You pay a per-ton rate on the overage for that load only, and you get the scale ticket. We do not pad the base rate to cover weight you did not use. Roofing tear-offs, tile, plaster and wet debris are heavier than most people expect — tell us the job and we will help you pick a size that keeps you under it.
Yes. Call before your pickup date and an idle fee extends it another 30 days. On an active site most contractors swap the can instead, which empties it and returns it rather than letting it sit.
A single bathroom usually fits in a 10 yard. A kitchen, or a kitchen and a bath together, is normally a 20. If you think you might need a second can, size the first one up — two rentals means two deliveries and two pickups.
Yes. Just know that tear-offs run heavier than people expect, and so do tile, plaster and dirt. Tell us it is a roof when you book and we will size it with you rather than guessing.
No paint, solvents, oils, fuel or automotive fluids. No chemicals, pesticides or hazardous waste. No batteries, propane tanks or pressurized containers. No asbestos, medical waste or anything with refrigerant in it. Appliances, mattresses and large tree debris may need prior approval or an added fee — ask before you load.
No. A clear description or a photo of the drop spot is usually enough. Open the gate, keep dogs contained, and a cone or a flag where you want it helps the driver put it exactly right.
